Product Disclaimer

Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop does not make any scientific or legal claim that any of our tea products will cure any health condition, alleviate any disease symptom or treat any medical condition. While Chinese tea possesses physical and mental healing properties, the statements made on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or other public health authorities.

After the purchase of your product, Chinese tea is best stored at room temperature in a well-sealed container. We do not recommend any categories of tea to be placed under direct sunlight, or in a room with humidity or moisture and odor. Certain categories of tea such as green and yellow oolong tea may also be placed in a refrigerator for freshness when serving.

Product Display/Colors/Pricing

Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop’s website attempts to display all photographs, video and product images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors as displayed on our website content pages matches the exact color of the product purchase. As a guidance, our online displays of product prices generally match our store products however certain prices and offers may be subject to change.

Termination of Use

Purchase Policy

Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop takes great pride in providing the best curated and premium teas to our customers. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, and orders are charged at the time of purchase. Although product selections (as posted to our website) are updated as soon as reasonable, we often source teas from various vendors and suppliers abroad which may affect product availability and pricing. In addition, we reserve the right to change our current product selection and all respective prices according to market conditions. We apologize in advance for any incomplete or inaccurate information or any other website content errors which will be fixed as soon as possible. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return Policy section below.

Product Orders

Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop reserves the right to refuse or limit service on any order or order quantities, however we do not discriminate as to any customer based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, or any other discriminatory category. Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop will also not be held liable for USPS or UPS shipment errors or delays in processing time. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate special medical requests for any allergies so please be aware prior to placing your order for our products.

Discount Policy

Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop carries premium, high-quality teas which are traditionally not discounted. However, during special occasions such as our company’s founding anniversary or other major holidays, we may offer special discounts on selective teas. Please visit our website and social media sites to keep informed of our discounts which will be timely posted.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop uses the United States Postal Service (USPS.com) regular shipping option (typically 2–9-day standard delivery time) for all product purchases. We also use the UPS standard delivery option (typically 1-2 day standard delivery time). We will send each customer a shipping confirmation email with the order number and tracking information. Customers will be required to pay for all shipping upon check-out. We deliver primarily within New York State, but ship anywhere within the United States and internationally. Prices for each product delivery may vary by state or country and will be reflected in your purchase price. Unfortunately, once your product order is placed with us, we cannot rescind it in our ordering system. Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that of our customers will be completely satisfied with our teas. Due to the high-end nature and quality of our products, Jin Yun Fu Tea Shop does not accept any returns on teas. Our no return policy is to protect the health and safety of our customers and products. However, the company accepts returns of non-tea products or items not marked “Final Sale” made within seven business days of receipt as long as the product is primarily undamaged, unbroken and untarnished. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. All return shipping charges will be born by the customer and are not refundable. We currently do not allow for any exchanges on our products once the item(s) are purchased. If for any reason, you receive a product that differs from the one you ordered, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will re-ship your corrected purchase. All credits for returns will be made promptly; credits for returns or for products not received may be requested at: info@jinyunfuteashop.com.
