DESCRIPTION: This teapot is made of Dahongpao clay of the original mine in Huanglongshan. The vermilion tone is gentle and expressive of the natural character of the clay. Dahongpao remains to be one of the most popular and coveted types of clay. The Buddhist Heart Sutra is inscribed along the surface of the teapot. The scripture paired with the cabbage design on the lid of the teapot reflects the energy of restraint and tranquility.
